1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the 22bb platform ("Platform", "Site", "22bb") and its users ("you", "member").

22bb is an online gaming and betting platform that provides various gaming services to users in Bangladesh. The platform uses SSL encryption and ensures a safe and fair gaming experience.

These terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the English version of this document shall be considered authoritative.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the 22bb platform:

Age Verification Process

22bb reserves the right to verify the age of any member at any time. Documents such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate may be required for age verification. Withdrawal access for the relevant account may be suspended until age verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & Management

Create an Account

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be true, accurate, and complete. 22bb reserves the right to close the account and forfeit deposited funds if false information is provided.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account password and login credentials. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out through your account. If suspicious activity is detected, contact [email protected] immediately.

• Do not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after using a public computer.
• Use only payment methods registered in your own name.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

Funds can be deposited on the 22bb platform using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

Withdrawal

The same methods apply for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes of submission.

• Withdrawals will be sent back via the same method used for the deposit.
• The withdrawal process may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests may be rejected if bonus requirements have not been met.

Currency

All transactions on 22bb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

22bb offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 100% bonus is provided on the first deposit, with a maximum bonus amount of ৳10,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing funds received as a bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

General Bonus Terms

• Each member may take advantage of each promotion only once.
• Bonuses may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• 22bb reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or the same device is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

General Gaming Policy

All games on the 22bb platform are conducted fairly and impartially. Results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely independent and not predetermined.

Sports Betting Policy

For sports betting, all bets are accepted at the listed market price. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the funds for the relevant bet will be refunded.

Casino Game Rules

• In live casino games, the result of each round is final and non-disputable.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, 22bb reserves the right to void that round.
• If anyone benefits from a software error, the winnings obtained will be forfeited.

Betting Limits

22bb sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each game and market. These limits may change at any time and any changes will be published on the site.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 22bb platform:

• Engaging in fraud, deception, or any other illegal activity.
• Using another member's account or placing bets on their behalf.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour toward other members.
• Creating or operating an account using a false identity.

Consequences

If any of the above prohibited activities are found, 22bb reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit deposited funds and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Closure & Suspension

Account Closure by 22bb

22bb reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• If age verification documents are not provided.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

Account Closure by Member

You may request closure of your account at any time by emailing [email protected] or through live chat. Any pending bets will be settled before the account is closed, and any remaining balance will be returned subject to bonus conditions being met.

12 Terms and Conditions Changes

22bb reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the site before changes take effect and may also be sent to the registered email address.

Continued use of the platform after the updated Terms and Conditions are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are requested to stop using the platform and request account closure.

Latest Version

The latest version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available at 22bb.bar/terms-conditions. Printouts or saved copies of older versions will not be considered valid legal documents.
